NOTE: No gymnast or team will be entered until all fees are paid in full and complete gymnast information is supplied. (Name, USAG Number and Birth Date)
Entry Fees:
| Level 7 – 10/Open | $100 per gymnast |
| Level 4-6 | $80 per gymnast |
| Level 3, XCel | $70 per gymnast |
| Team Fee (Level 3 – 10, XCel Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) | $45 per level (3 top scores count for each event) |
